Wimbledon tennis returns with IBM’s AI-powered app

Wimbledon is back with another two weeks of top-level tennis involving the best players in the world.

The prestigious sporting tournament, which takes place at the All England Lawn Tennis Club in London, will begin on Monday June 27 and run until Sunday July 10.

The organizers have again partnered with IBM for the official tournament mobile app (iOS and Android) and website, designed to keep tennis fans up to date with all the action.

The software is powered by AI running on IBM Cloud and hybrid cloud technologies. A new feature for this year is “Win Factors”, which gives fans a better understanding of elements affecting player performance, such as pitch surface, ATP/WTA rankings, head-to-head match history. head, win ratio, recent performance, annual success and media expertise, IBM said.

Another new feature is “Have Your Say”, an interactive prediction tool that allows fans to save their own predictions for match results and then compare their analysis with other fans’ aggregated predictions and probability predictions. IBM’s AI-powered win games.
