Marquee Sports Network, owned by Sinclair Broadcast Group and the Chicago Cubs, said it will air an alternative game-focused television show from Saturday’s Cubs-Reds game to be presented by Draft Kings.
The telecast will be available exclusively on Marquee Plus, a streaming channel available through the Marquee Sports Network app.
Matt Spiegel and Danny Parkins of WSCR-AM The Score radio and Lance Brozdowski of Marquee will host the telecast, which will analyze the action of the game through a sports betting lens.
Sinclair’s Bally Sports-branded networks have rolled out apps that offer a number of activities, some of which include streaming game shows.

Marquee Sports said it was the first regional sports network to offer an alternate game feed for a live broadcast of Major League Baseball. Networks have made betting streams for other sports, including MSG Network BetCasts during New York Knicks NBA games.
The stream called Hey bettor, bettor, will talk about racing lines, over-under betting, prop betting, walkthrough betting, explaining the ins and outs of sports betting to viewers. The betting discussion will take place in the 2nd, 4th and 6th innings.
Spiegel and Parkins promoted the broadcast on their radio show Friday.
Jon “Boog” Sciambi and Jim Deshaies will be called for the traditional match broadcast on Marquee Sports Network.
“We are grateful to the Cubs and Major League Baseball for their support of this groundbreaking broadcast,” said Marquee Sports Network General Manager Mike McCarthy. “We look forward to providing Cubs fans with another way to engage with their favorite team.” ■
