Breezeline, formerly Atlantic Broadband, the nation’s eighth-largest cable company, has launched a new customer app, “My Breezeline,” which provides customers with easy-to-use tools to get the most out of their Breezeline services. With the new application, the customer controls his account in the palm of his hand:
- View account history
- Activate automatic payment
- Manage payment methods
- Set up paperless invoicing
- Schedule a future payment
- View Equipment Status
- Manage modems
- Connect to how-to videos and FAQs
Additional features will be introduced later this year, including the ability to modify services and to monitor and report service issues.
The new customer app is part of Breezeline’s effort to transform the customer experience through digitization and other enhancements to make customers’ lives easier.
“Breezeline is all about ease and convenience,” said Julie Sullivan, vice president of marketing at Breezeline. “These enhancements will give customers the ability to manage their account on their schedule, whether at home or on the go, with a very simple and intuitive interface.”
Breezeline also introduced freshly redesigned customer statements, with a clear and easy-to-read presentation of service details. Additionally, after each transaction, customers now receive a confirmation email with details of their most recent transaction. It also shows what the customer’s next billing statement will look like after their order is processed.
Over the past few months, the company has also introduced digital welcome kits, new self-service options, a “Where’s My Tech” locator, and new platforms that help the company anticipate and respond. more quickly to customer needs.
The “My Breezeline” app is available through Google Play and Apple App Stores.
